    It sounds like a Skene's gland cyst, these are glands that lie either side of the urethra and they can get infected which causes these cysts to appear. Hot compresses are used to bring them to a head and burst them but if yours has already started leaking pus it sounds like it is draining on its own. That may be all that is needed or a course of antibiotics to follow the draining might be a good idea. They tend to lance them if they don't burst on their own so it's good that it's burst by itself.

    from your descriptions of the Skene's gland cyst, this makes me slightly worried. i am going to see an gynaecologist in 1.5 weeks for, what my primary care physician thinks is a Skene's gland cyst. but i have never had any symptoms that were mentioned by others. i just noticed a lump that progressively gets larger. no inflammation or pain or anything. i tried antibiotics to get rid of what inflammation was there, an nothing much happened. just a bit concerned
