Default Pelvic Pain

Ever since late june/early july I've had pelvic cramping.I went for an ultrasound in August which revealed small cysts that were nothing to worry about and were just follicular.I had a repeat ultrasound in November which came back as everything was normal. My papsmear and blood tests were normal too.

I've been having some spotting between periods and so the gynecologist said that it might be endometriosis and put me on birthcontrol.

In December I had a "flair up" where the pain got really bad.I went to the ER and they gave me tylenol 3 which didn't do anything but make me drowsy.I was due to get my period on the 18th of December but it didn't come untill January the 4th.

Ever since I've had this pain my cycle have become somewhat irregular, anywhere from 16 to 45 days. Also my periods have gotten way lighter.

I'm having a "flair up" again now.I was wondering if anyone knew what this might be and anything to ease the pain.

Also since I was 3 weeks and a few days late for my period in December would that have messed up my last ultrasound because when I had it done it was around the time I was sapossed to ovulate.
