Do we not realise that in order to find a soul
It doesn't happen over night
if truth were to be told.
Like everything in life that's hard to achieve
you must believe!
Do you have a clinic near you that you can go to and get tested for a bacterial or yeast infection?
Can you tell us a little bit more about what you are feeling. For an example are you itching? Are you having a feeling of burning when you go to the bathroom or does it feel like it's heavy down there? Do you feel like you have to go really bad to the bathroom and then when you do there is hardly any urine?
I guess if i had a little bit more detail that would help me try to give you some idea as to what it could be. You mention discharge was white but was it like a frothy (for the lack of a better way of saying it) type or was it kind of sticky, clumpy? All of this to me makes a difference in determining what it could be.
In the mean time i would say that taking a apple cider vinegar bath would not hurt. If you want to you can even put a little bit of sea salt in there to help with heaviness. For me when ever i have a yeast infection taking a acv bath with a little bit of sea salt just up to the middle part of my stomach and soaking in there helps me alot. Eating a little bit of yogurt will also help if you have a yeast infection as it helps get the good bacteria in there and everything under control. Just what ever you do please do not douche as douching pushes all the bad bacteria/infection futher up to your uterus and then that could be an even bigger problem for you. If you happen to decide to go to the doctor and they give you an antibiotic i would say as a preventative eat yogurt 2 times a day so as to prevent you from upsetting the ph balance/bacteria in your vagina which would cause you to get a yeast infection - yes antibiotics taken to cure one thing can cause you problems with something else- I tell you that from experience.
Well hopefully something i have said has been some help to either you or another person reading this post.
Good luck and please do let us know how you are doing.
