Discharge...ugh...what is going on here?
About 6 months ago, I started to get a VERY heavy yellow discharge (heavy enough to need pantyliners during the day). It started off as a yeast infection, which I saw the doc for and had treated successfully.
The yellow discharge did not go away, however...I've had it ever since, seen the doctor 5 times for it, been tested for STDs (chlamydia, gonorrhea, trich, herpes), been tested and given antibiotics for infections (bv, cervicitis, atypical yeast), and still NOTHING gets rid of it. The doctor determined there is no sign of any kind of infection and referred me to someone else just in case, but their office is difficult and I'm having problems making an appointment.
The other thing is, I've also had three yeast infections since this all started...I'm not sure if they're connected to the discharge or not, and the doctors I've seen are aware of them, but I'm not sure what's going on there either..... =/
Has anyone else had a similar problem though? Or does anyone have a single clue as to what's going on with my body?
I'm so sorry you're going thru all this. Hmmm.....I dunno b/c everthing I was thinking (std's) you've been tested for. I just hope you can get into that other docs office soon and they can help you. Good luck and take care!
