Sorry this is late and I hope you're perfectly healed, but I thought I'd respond for any other woman having this problem...

This happened to me. Very painful, I can sympathize. Was this your first or one of your first times having sex? Or your first time with this particular guy? It could be your vagina is not used to the size of his penis entering you yet, this problem will subside when your vagina is healed and you are having sex more frequently.

As for healing, I just took a q-tip and twice or so a day dabbed some polysporin over the cut. Its simply a rip in your skin and needs to be treated like any other cut. In addition to the polysporin, don't try sex again until you can clearly see that the rip has healed, and when you do try it, use lube for the next couple of times. It will help your vagina get used to something the size of his penis entering you. Also, try to avoid postitions which put friction on that specific area for a while. This will reduce the chance of it happening again.
