Default 23 and Uterine Prolapse???? HELP!

Hi!I'm 23 and just went to the doctor yesterday for my annual Pap. This was the first time I saw this doctor as I just moved and started my insurance. She told me that my uterus has dropped, but found it odd that I was only 23. Over the summers of college I did work in a factory where I did heavy lifting and stood on my feet. I have not had any children and I am so young, so I just don't understand why this happened to me at such a young age?!?! She never really answered my questions and just said she didn't want to alarm me and just wanted me to do Kegels. I feel like I should go back for a second opinion or someone who can tell me more about this. I feel since I am so young I should continually get this checked out more than annually. I have been told that I can still have children...but this is just sooo scary and I don't know what to expect...help!!!!!

I'm so sorry this happened. My heart goes out to you. You could get a second opinion. I would definitely want real answers to my questions. I don't want to alarm you, but if you do want to have a baby this is something to stay on top of. You are young and I can understand why you're concerned and scared. Hang in there and take care. ~hugs~
