Wax do not shave. I had a woman tell me that her doctor told her that shaving doesn't make hair thicker and I believed her! I wish I had never listened. I use to wax regularly until she told me this. Now my hair is thicker and coarser and I hate it! There is more hair there now too.
If I had just kept on waxing it wouldn't have gotten any worse. So pleae do not shave anywhere near your face.

Default Free Samples!

I thought I would post what I just found on a web site banner ad after this thread has been debating the shaving vs. waxing thing for a while. A friend of mine has highly recommended trying Nad's. I guess you can get a free sample of the product by going to [link snipped] I just checked it out and signed up to try it out. I will keep you all posted on how it works for me.

Default waxing

Waxing down there is VERY painful, but so smooth, and it takes a couple of weeks for it to start growing in again and when it does it is softer finer hair, I have always waxed, now I am trying the laser thing, hoping to never have to go there again once it is all gone, it should not grow back. 1 treatment so far but will need approx. 4 treatments for my skin and hair type.

. I went and had "sugaring" done down there, and boy was it great! Talk about smooth and no bumps! It's supposed to be way better than waxing

Do any of you have any more details on this??? Sounds like a great option if i knew more. What it involves, cost, where you can get it done???

Thanks

i jus looked it up sugarin the site said this

Using a technique which originated in Egypt, a paste made primarily of sugar is applied to the surface of the skin. The sugaring paste is then removed taking the hair along with it.
