I've been wanting learn this. We are cutting back on sweets but it would be nice to make the ones we have more attractive and special.
Cake decorating
I recently took up cake decorating in my spare time, and I absolutely love it! I'm only in the Level 2 course, but I'm already decorating cakes and cupcakes and sending them with friends and family to eat. I'm currently making a Super Mario cake to take to a friend's house this Friday and I can't wait to see how it turns out.
Has anyone else ever tried this out?

I havent tried any cake decorating, but i have decorated cupcakes. My dream job is to become a pastry chef when i grow up. im not really sure what i want to work with or where i want to work, but im leaning towards candy making.

I took a classes with my aunt when i was about 16. It was great. I still have great professional tools from Wilton cake decorating stuff like tips and a guide book i think. I also used to paint too. I took some art classes in college and absolutely loved it.
