Default We can exchange recipes

I don't believe in microwaves
I have one in my kitchen , I use it as a storage place.
I think food tastes different after being cooked or reheated in a microwave.
I cook rice a lot, it is one of the main dishes in our cuisine.
we don't like fast food either, or even frozen food.
hey, I have a collection of great recipes if you are interested in sharing recipes.

Our tastes are so different!
When I cooked fish...(some times I do cheat
and get some fish...I mean I live on the beach..)
I soak the fish in lime, then grease the container,
roll the limed fish in bread crumbs and seasoninging,
put it into the container, a bit of butter on top...
nuke it for about 1 min and eat...delish.

My ball & chain is the rice & peas king...

I think I have your husband.
Mine cooks all that because I surely won't.

As to Roti...okay I cheat.
I'm no good.
I buy the skins and stuff them with
like curried potatos and pumpkin or
chick peas and stuff...
sometimes it tastes so good I'm sure it must
be illegal.

As far as he's concerned a meal doesn't
exist without rice.

I came from the middle east where rice has to be served as a side dish along with main dish that contains meat or chicken and other things.
about Jamaican food, I have no idea about it, but it sounds Delicious. I would appreciate if somebody send a link to good recipes or something.
