Cool

i love soccer too!!! but this year i decided to not play for high school and to keep in shape i just exercise..if u want u can try my work out and see how it works out for u...
What i do is about 5 days a week i run 25-30 min after my run i work on the abs...one of the ab exercise i do is the one that u hold on to someones angles as they stand over your head and the throw ur legs toward the ground and u have to let ur legs go as far down as they can go w/o touching the ground...i do 3 sets of 15 of those kinds...The other ab workout i do is: i lay down straight and have my hands in the air and push up to try to each the ceiling, i do ten of those, and immediately after those 10, i bring my knees up to a normal sit up position and do ten of those, and then after those ten, again w/ no break in between i raise my legs to a 90 degree angle and reach for the ceiling again and do 10 of those, and then immediately raise my legs completely up in the air and reach for my toes and do 10 of those, and then bring them back down to another 90 degree angle (10 of those), normal sit up position again(10 of those) and then back flat and legs straight on the ground again (10 of those)...so in total that should be a set of 70 sit ups...i would do 3 sets of those..i think it really works..u should try it...oh yeah and 2 days out of the 5 do about 10 push ups. stretch all the time before and after the workout, and dont forget eat healthy.
Eat breakfast in the morning, like a toast, a sandwich for lunch, and for dinner vegetables and meat if u like...if u want to snack on something i suggest either fruit or yogurt. Im a sucker for the parfaits at Mcdonals haha..
Well i hope u take my workout into consideration and get back to me with the results.
