As a Real Estate Agent in Australia I have to say the "economy" nearly killed me last year lol..

But, 2009, I can't keep up with the appraisals of people selling their homes, and now buyers are back out in droves, it's like "Christmas"...

I also was going to sign my Mortgage papers in November but didn't. Now I have an addition 1% reduction so I am glad that I didn't.

Guess we can all breathe again, find bargains, get a reasonable price for our homes if selling but hold on GAD5764, there is one more rate drop coming very soon, don't re-sign yet.
