i am sorry but i think this is going to be the pattern of your marriage if you stay with him. you have been married since january and he has cheated twice, obviously the vows he made mean nothing and if you accept this and stay it will be ongoing. he has a very strange view of marriage, committment and love. dont stay until you get a disease or his pregnant girlfriend turns up one day. i wish you all the best.
