Mu hubby we met in christian union while in University lol!!he was a medical student and I was a Public Health student.In church he ws the leader of instrument crew while I was an usher!we used to meet everytime for arraging the church hall before the service!!He invited me for super in his room and during tht super he invite me for a dinner in Eldoret Town in Kenya!there he disclosed his intention of wanting to stay with me in future!I cleared my 4yrs course and got a job in Mombasa miles away from Eldoret where he was but later he found his way to Mombasa the same place I was working and we planned for marrige.We have been together for the last 4 years and have son and very happy.
I met my wife of five years on the Catholic People Meet site. She was living in Florida and I was in NW New Mexico. She was from Clovis NM originally. After exchanging e-mail and phone calls I flew out to Tampa to meet with her over Thanksgiving. She flew out to my home over Christmas. I cheated and sent her two pounds of frozen green chili and she agreed to move to New Mexico and marry me.
My story is kinda funny, perhaps a little long, but i will try to make it short. I was dating a guy for 4 years(bad abusive relationship) i finally got the nerve to leave the jerk when facebook reunited me with an old highschool classmate(in which whom always obsessed over me but i would never give him the time of day)so i moved out of state to live with my new boyfriend..left everything i knew behind to start all over up north with my new love interest...well i became too homesick so i moved back home, started at a new job down here to find my now fiance, who is the love of my life. He was telling everyone in the workplace how crazy he was about me, and i just blew it off because i wasnt interested what-so-ever! He was so persistant, he found me on facebook and gave me his cell number and tried to play it off by welcoming me to the new company i was working for and said if i needed any help to just contact him, a very pleasant text message later we ended up spending more and more time together, finally i quit that job and got back into my career and moved in with my now fiance! I had a few indiscretions at the end of high school that sent me through the court system. I had to jump through a lot of hoops to get my life back on track. One requirement was that I go to meetings where I made some healthy friends and had a great time learning how to have fun without even breaking any laws. Lol. One of those friendships developed into a closer relationship and we've been together for over 10 years, married for going on 9. I really needed this trip down memory lane. Thanks all.
