You would receive medical benefits 100% covered if you went to a military base for medical treatment, and medications are 100% covered at the base pharmacy and usually at majority pharmacies. you would be able to shop on base at the commissary (grocery store, which is a lot cheaper), as well as the bx (or PX) Which is a store that carries a little bit of this and that (electronics, household items, clothes, furniture, jewery, etc...) Items are a little bit cheaper or about the same price BUT... you don't have to pay tax on items purchased there. you would also be eligible for base housing majority of the time you have to go on a waiting list depending on the availability of housing at the base your husband is stationed at. A lot of business' offer military discounts so always be sure to ask because a discount is a discount and every little bit helps.
Not sure if that's what you were wanting to know??? If there is anything else more specific you want to know just send me a message. I was a military brat for 17 yrs (my dad and step-dad) at the age of 17 I got married and my husband (now ex husband) was also in the military and we were married for 12 yrs. So I have lived it majority of my life.... My Dad, Stepdad and Ex were all in the Air Force but the benefits are pretty much standard throughout all military branches.
