my husband is currently in Afghanistan and i decided to get healthy and start exercising. i am a week into My Journey to be a Stronger Woman and i am loving it! it is so much fun to see all the results
is anyone else trying to get fit for their husband? or themselves?

I started a jogging routine recently to help me feel better about myself and to take out some anxiety and stress. It does make me feel stronger and see myself in a better light. I have a sense of accomplishment every morning I finish my run. It makes me feel proud of myself that I'm making myself do something that will benefit my health.
