CERTAIN MEN have problems. Military men in general can be good, bad, or ugly ... if his friends know what he's doing, they should be taking him out back for a clear attitude adjustment!!
Now, I'll level with you in that some people join the military and have problems with submitting to authority that they take out on their loved ones by allowing them no control, and having all the control.
REMIND HIM THAT THE MILITARY HAS CONSEQUENCES FOR CHEATING SPOUSES. And start compiling your proof thereof; looks like you're heading for a divorce.

geeesh what you must be going through!!!! i wouldn't put up with kind of S****!!! he is playing ****** little games with you. maybe you should consider getting rid of him. does this co-worker have a boyfriend or hubby? if so bring it to his attention on what she is doing. **** i would put the bengay in his underwear. maybe scrub the toilet with his toothbrush and put it back for him to brush his teeth afterwards......seriously though i know getting revenge feels oh so good but maybe he is just not worth it, let his co-worker have him!!!!!!
