Hello everyone, I randomly came upon these forums today and some of the success stories and before & after pictures have really motivated me to finally start something I have always wanted --- lose weight! At only 5'0", it's really easy for me to look heavily overweight but it has been really hard for me to get the ball rolling.
I'm going to try my hardest to consistently work out everyday and eat healthy. There have been a number of times I have started working out a lot and eating healthy but I can never seem to stay consistent. But enough is enough, no more stopping this time! This is really hard for me to do, but I thought I'd start off with some of the pictures that have been disturbing me.
