Hi Everyone.
My name is CJ and I am determined to lose 6 pounds a month this new year.
I gained weight after I had my son in 2002 and I am finally getting rid of the extra weight.
I was 136 when I got pregnant but now after alot of bad decisions and being lazy, I am 213.2 pounds.
I hope to find support and motivation on here and I will be weighing in either once every 2 weeks or once a month. I havent decided which yet but I'm leaning towards once every 2 weeks.
