Hello there, new and male, is this okay?

Hi!

I'm Steve. I really enjoy discussing fitness, nutrition and weight loss. While searching for various forums regarding my subjects of interest, this community popped up.

I'm not sure how active the fitness forum is here, but figured I swing in and see what's up.

I'm a personal trainer, which in most instances carries bad connotations. Hopefully I can work my way past them once you get to know me.

Anyhow, I look forward to meeting new people.

Welcome to the Forum... Is it okay that your a Male? Well, can't get past that name and photo, it defines that is what you are, haha.

We certainly have a mixed board of members including men...

Weight loss, is certainly an area very active here.

All opinions are welcome by members and we hope you enjoy the site.
