Iam a new member, for the last few months I have been trying to deal with my husband's affair - 2 years he says. We have decided to stay together as he says that he does not want to end our marriage of 25 years. Says it was loneliness. He lives in New York I in the West Indies. See each other during my school breaks. Ican't seem to move on -- tormented , depressed. How does one cope with infidelity?

it is hard vey hard i am dealing with the same thing but we have been marry for 3 years but have a 15 year old daughter we got back over all those years what i have learn is that we make mistake first is to forgive him but let him know that you think about what he did to you every day and only time will heal you that he broke a bond that was between the two of you. let him see how much he hurt you. I have also learn that their are women out there that look for family's to break up if he is good to you then you work it out. just because he is good man and or dad do not mean that he won't make mistake.
