how long is too long?

I have a child in my home 12 and she has been bleeding for over14 days. She says this is normal to her. She has a rash on her poo poo. Her mother is no where to be found. Her grandmother has custody with no insurance. What do I do for her? This is not good. Thanks very much

Take this child to the Hospital as soon as possible. something is not right and better to find out then to let it go on and then something happened because no one did nothing.

I hope everything turns out fine.
