    Default Newbie!

Hello, I'm a newbie. I'm hoping to find a lot of support here, I didn't find much on other sites.
I'm 24 and been happily married since 2007. No children. I'm currently upgoing blood work and ultrasounds checking for PCOS. Waiting for the results is really stressing me out.

Welcome :-) ... I'm new here myself. I hope you get the answers you are looking for with the bloodwork and ultrasound. I was diagnosed with PCOS while we were seeing a reproductive endocrinologist to conceive our son a few years ago.

I'm trying to make an appointment with a reproductive endocrinologist and she is really hard to track down because she is between a few locations. It's really frustrating. I thought that since it was for sure I had PCOS that treatment would come easy. I was really wrong.

It is extremely frustrating. Always the wait-and-see through the whole process really wears you down. Most REs take awhile for a new patient consultation, but once you get in to see them things seem to speed up a bit. Especially since things are so time sensitive. Good luck, I hope you get to see the doctor you want soon.

Thank you so much for the info. I'm glad to hear that things will speed up, hopefully really soon. I'm ready for the next step. I know what I have and I want to get treated. My husband and I want to start a family soon.
