Hello! Thank you for taking time to read my intro. I never really thought I'd use a women's health advice, but have recently realised how difficult it can be at times to talk 'womens things' with friends especially if they're not having the same symptons!
So, about me...I'm a fit and healthy 52 but look younger (thanks mum) and although British l now live in Dubai.
As a part time fitness instructor teaching spin RPM and toning, it's important for me to keep fit. I try to run at least 3 times a week for 30minutes and the only meat I have is fresh fish.
Well I guess that's enough for a start? Perhaps I should have written how much or little the other introducers had written, typically me, speak then think!
