    Default Hi from Australia

Hi there, I'm Annette. I'm a single mother of three gorgeous children (I know I'm biased) aged 24, 21 and 11yrs - my daughter is the eldest. I'm 50 yrs young and my life is good but a little quiet on the social side. I love to read and I'm looking forward to making friends from this very feminine web site

Hi Annette, welcome to the forum! Nice to have another Australian around. I myself am from the States but live in little ol' New Zealand. I'd love to pop 'round to the Gold Coast for a visit... soon as I save that money, grr.

Is your 11 year old close with the other two, even with the age gap?

    Default Hi

Hi, you're most welcome to call in and say Hi! The Gold Coast is warning up at the moment and the beaches are looking awesome. Flights are pretty cheap too. Start saving-up now What took you to NZ?

My older kids get on great with my youngest son. He tends to get spoilt a lot by his sister who takes him to the beach as well as the movies. I'm not so keen on watching all the Transformers or Harry Potter movies and she does so it works out well for all of us. Do you have any kids?

Hi Annette, I love the Gold Coast, used to visit at least once a year

I live in the quiet City of Adelaide, what I miss is the 4am sunlight and people exercising by walking or running on the beaches, amazing lifestyle over there.

I think Mes missed to answer but she will now lols.

It's great to have another Aussie on board although feminine website may "not" quite describe us, as we have some excellent male members here too

Ha! Thanks CW, this thread managed to run away from me!

My boyfriend is a Kiwi, and I had always wanted to go, so when I met him I figured it was the perfect opportunity. I hope he doesn't feel too used, lol. I don't have kids. Do wish I had a younger sibling to go to all these movies with though!
