    Default Hello from a newbie

    Hello, I am a working mom of 2 school going kids.

    At present my exercise routine and nutrition are kind of erratic. I do well for a couple of weeks, fall off the wagon for months together and so on.

    Walking and Yoga are my favorite activities.

    I am looking for motivation to lose 10 pounds first, and also incorporate a fitness and nutrition plan for life.

    Hi, my name is Ethel. I have a routine exercise program daily. I start at 6:30 AM, walk 20 laps around a walking trail in 1hr 20 minutes. I love to walk so I have no problem staying on tract and reaching my daily goals. I have a special condition that requires me have a high fiber diet and I'm really good about sticking to the 30-35 grams of fiber daily. I'm a 64 year old retired banker and I find that good nutrition is a healthy path for minimizing the affects of many illnesses.
