Hi all the mummies,

What is happening that makes you suspect? How long have you been married?

Hi Yogi,

We have been married for 5 years. Lately he would come home drunk or early in the morning with lipstick stain on his shirt and women perfume smell ...

I am devastated now as i am considering to divorce him and at the same time i am having second doubt due to our daughter as she is only 4 years old.

It's somewhat sad that your child may be the only thing holding your marriage together. I don't think that you should put that kind of pressure on her.

Think about what's best for you and her and also consider if your husband should be apart of it.

Anyways, welcome, and best of luck.

Mum2sally,

I'm really sorry to hear this.

I know you want to "hold on" for the sake of your 4-year-old, but do you realize that children can sense "sadness" and misery in their parents? They can tell when you're not getting along, or when there's something "missing" between the 2 of you.

Please don't live in misery because you feel the need to give your baby a 2-parent home.

It seems to me that only ONE parent is trying to make it work; but the other is actually an absent-parent or a part-time one, seeing that he's out all night smelling of another woman and wearing lipstick-stained shirts.

What kind of life is that for her?
Just make a decision based on what's best for you AND your daughter... your husband has shown that he doesn't care or doesn't enough about you two.
