Hi I'm Beck, I live in Australia and just found this website. I am a single mum with three children, girl 6, boy 5, and another boy 4 (with down Syndrome). We are living with my mother at the moment and having a great time. I have been single now for 3 years and during that time have put on heaps of weight, so in the exercise and nutrition forums you will hear from me again. My children keep me really busy and my ex lives 1000km away in another state (which is far enough for me). I am looking foward to getting advice and making friends.
