Your dog at the bottom of the pool, you see it and without any panic what so ever, dive down and bring her up to the top, noting her front paws reaching for you as she does, she is not panicing either and you bring her to saftey followed by another dog the same, but one you have never seen, you do the same thing.
Now, if I could work out what that one means I will be very happy
You can remember them by placing a book by your bed and a pen and learning to write things down immediately, train yourself but within seconds, that dream can be completely forgotten and you can't regain what it was you were dreaming about.
That sucks if it is a man at the end of your bed.

I've heard it said that if you want to dream about something, think about it and then put it in the back of your mind, think of something else. Because supposedly you dream about whatever is in your subcounscious. Don't know how much truth is in that.
I know my absolute worst nightmares are those where I'm half awake, half asleep, I know I've got to get up and move, and I fight but I can't move. Like I'm paralyzed. I hate those. Fortunatley I haven't had one of those in a while.
