So, lucid dreaming. It's pretty tough, I've only had brushes with it after trying for ages.
I was just listening to a tape a psychologist or something recorded, discussing lucid dreaming, and it's uses, which include using your virtual dream world as a test bed for different attitudes and behaviours, a way to prototype change in your life.
However, the interesting bit obviously, is that 2 thirds of lucid dreams (by experienced lucid dreamers) contain a sexual element, and that half of those result in actual physical orgasm (yes, women as well as men), and that indeed, the body goes through the same symptoms etc, and are reportedly as good if not better than the waking thing. Events in dreams are real to the brain, hence fear and arousal.
The phrase 'getting up on the wrong side of the bed' is generally a residual effect from a dream of negative emotions during the night, just as fulfilling dreams make you wake with vigour and confidence.
I really need to start trying to lucid dream again and get on that bandwagon.
So, anyone ever experienced an orgasm while they sleep?
“As you regonise that you already own the wholeness you seek, and no one outside you can give you more than you already are, dysfunctional situations will evaporate like bad dreams exposed to the morning sun.”

Do we not realise that in order to find a soul
It doesn't happen over night
if truth were to be told.
Like everything in life that's hard to achieve
you must believe!
I guess everyone orgasms in their sleep... The thing is to try and be lucid when it happens to actually be able to enjoy and remember it!
Littlehumper, you could be 14 or 70, I really don't know... haha.
Little THUMPER............................
Actually all i can say honestly is a small orgasm bugger but nice, real nice, wet dream sure, but i woke up and experienced it. But i will take to your words and work on it more why not?
