Default charity

How many people believe what comes around goes around?

Do do a good deed, is a good think therefore.

It does not have to involve money in - fact it shouldn't apart from me wanting to help un-loved animals find a home, I think that charity has nothing to do with money rather, giving.

What was the last thing you did that you could consider was "Charity" ?

Ahhh, the dreaded Karma....

Half an hour ago i took some fruit and vegetables to my eldery neighbour... i love old people... they are sooo insightful and make me laugh so much that my face aches.

So, maybe this isnt 'charity' as i go round to the drop off some groceries and in return i come out feeling happier... is there really a self-less good deed? Or does it always make yourself feel better?

Hmm I always seem to be doing something to help someone else if I can...

I voluntarily help the kids at my son's school with reading, writing and anything they need extra help with.

I'm a school committee member and help raise funds for the school by running stalls, baking cakes etc..

I make regular donations to NSPCC and Breast Cancer Research.

I did an abseil for charity and raised £200 sponsorship money for them.

I look out for my elderly neighbours and have made phone calls to Age Concern to get certain information for them, that kind of thing. I invited one of them for Christmas dinner as he was on his own.

I looked after my neighbours' cat while they were away even though I was still upset about my own cat having been put to sleep
