ok i'm going to insert 2, count them 2 items.
first item is for tropical and i'll insert a hot warm bath with a glass of wine
2nd item is a bowl of fruity pebbles

I'll insert, strawberries and cream off course in a bowl, and for the heck of it warm chocolate from the microwave... think that the strawberries will make better than bran.
