Bleh... i struggle to understand injections... i mean, they fire a live stain of cervical cancer into you (immediately alarm bells are ringing) and wait for your body to build up immunity to the cancer...

Obviously, yes, great... stop cervical cancer, im not against it or anything and i realise that the live strain is only tiny weeny..

But, with all that said... i still feel funny about injections, kinda playing god? I dont know...

Ummm, so the answer your question ()..no, i havent had one and if i was offered one i would say no..

Much love fellow British chumb xx

Yes, little one. It was a funny story though.

Biopsies ahhh they bloody hurt, ouch such tender skin there... 2nd degree Cervical Cancer... Burn the bugger, burn.

However, he had to inject a needle, ( don't know what he/she is injecting into you though?), but mine was to numb whilst he burn the cells.

I was telling him my fear of needles, must have died in a past life from them, Doctors would break them in my arms, all the while he was putting a needle down there, obviously hoping and praying I would keep talking and not notice, (he had numbed it with cream first)...

Well success... I had no idea, chatterboxing away, but um when he finished, he said, you can put your bum back down on the table now.

I looked up and I had lifted a ruler length off the table whilst he was burning away, without knowing, through panic lol.. I just laughed...

That was around 4 years ago now and each pap smear is clear..

Don't worry about it it is in fact the easiest one to kill off.

    You will be fine.

It's really good that they're rolling them out, did you know each dosage is worth about £200?

And it's using our intelligence to avoid getting killed - it's no more playing god than looking before you walk into a road.

I didn't get my BCG or whatever it is though, I didn't fancy that big ugly scar, and anyway, if enough other people are immunized you achieve "herd protection" or something, where there aren't enough people to actively spread the virus so it dies off.
