Thread: Merry christmass to all

I love Christmas, because you get to be with family, watching their faces, as they open presents, sharing, laughing, getting fat, all wanting a sleep, and my sister-in-law and myself always let our hair down just a little.

When your the one that has to cook, prepare, clean whoooooooooooo mmmmmmmmm, that's well over and the next day you smile at the effort anyways.

I know it's a sad day as well... for some, and i think of that...

I love the many text messages, and emails, kind of makes you feel blessed.

And, sometimes a person is missing amongst the crowd or a few are missing and you have to say out loud Merry Christmas to those that aren't there, and let the wind carry the words.

I felt a presence yesterday of those whom passed, one being my ex-husband's Nan, whom i was very close to, she died a few days before Christmas... it was weird but i swear i saw her face and she smiled.

I found a feather in the swimming pool, first time in 19 months of being there, and then a little feather...

I thought also of my grandma, who passed when i was 25 but never, ever, forgotten and I wished her a Merry Christmas.

In short, i felt the love, i felt everyone one whom is in my life, and I knew those whom weren't here, were actually around yesterday...as well as the day before, when we as a family celebrated with our new found Canadian friends, whom's daughter will be my house mate...

It was a blessed day....on both days, it's a blessed day today..

I am a day behind off course ( Australia), i felt personally that i celebrated it for 3 days, in so many different ways, across the miles, and in spirit and in soul, and in life..
