    If I were in a good mood, the guy were cute, and the timing were right, I'd probably like a magic trick. It would make me smile and open the rivers of communication.
    However, if a guy came up and said something stupid about doing magic and I weren't in a very good mood, I'd probably look him dead in the eye, say "I'm Wiccan," and walk away. It's all about canvassing the situation.
    A public magic trick probably wouldn't get me to go talk to a guy, but it would get my attention, like LLL was saying.

    The article I read said some of whats being said right now, timing is everything and you don't do more than a couple, and if your in a group it's just something that becomes more entertainment.

    Another article suggested not to do it right away, because you really not sure how she will take it.
    But if one does it correctly with no flaws that is in the magic, it shows some confidence.

    I just tho't it was something of interest to converse about and get some tho'ts, you run into all sorts of things on the web huh?

    I can see me trying to do something like that and the girl looks at me and says, won't you do another magic trick and make yourself disappear!

    haha... I actually got this response once..

    What I did was laugh it off... Then I asked the group of few compliance questions (building up there ego with a yes ladder) such as You guys like to have fun right. Everyone her loves a good laugh right? so on... so on...Then I told the girl that dished out that line for the magic trick to work she has to close her eyes and count to 30. Well when she had her eyes closed I motioned for the entire group to get up and leave... We all watched her open her eyes and look around in complete confusion. Ahh memories. We all had a good laugh...

    The trick is everyone is out to have a good time. So if your in anyway more boring then her group someone is going to tell you to leave.
