Hi i'm moon2dark, 36,happily married, 2 half son, depression whole life, went through postpardum after son, Rheumatoid arthritis/w/ autoimmune deficiency, stills disease, fibromyalga, restless limbs, panic attacks, cronic pain, Think that's everything, Wandering is there a chat room? Welcome to the Forum.. No there is not a chat room however, there are regulars here that get to make friends and after offering their thoughts, or starting their own threads, around 33 posts, can send private messages and get to know each other even more, I think you can post visitors messages pretty much straight away as you get to know people.

I would also like to say "kudos" to you, that was bold, brave, and well said as an introduction and you are definately not alone with half the things you posted you have, for instance, I suffered badly from fybromyalga but fortunately i have learn't to control it really well. Restless limbs "shaking leg syndrome" is also a part of this, and controlling one, can control the other.

Perhaps that is a thread in it's own? Perhaps you can start one to the sufferers and how to over come it. I can certainly help you there.

As it's an introduction I will leave it at that for now, but again welcome.

And, Ace adds humor and good advice to our site, she is valuable and probably will ensure you be-friend her.
