Oral sex: Check.
Vaginal sex: Check.
On top: Check.
On bottom: Check.

This is where I need help. I've done the normal sexual positions. I've had regular oral sex, given and recieved but I have never done the 69 position. I'm not sure how to. I mean... I know what it's all about but I don't want to be on top. I also don't want to do it from the side because that seems boring.
My question is: What other positions for 69 are there? Hot ones please!

I hate to sound stupid but how exactly does that work without you crushing her or all of your weight being on her? Describe this for me if you could.

With the guy on top does not mean he is crushing her at all. The guy supports his own weight with knees and one arm (or both, but having a free hand is good). That way he can move his hips and and bury his face at the same time. It's a position that I enjoy too.
When you go on top you don't have to lie your full weight on him either - in fact it will be easier for him to give you pleasure if you are not putting much weight on him. May I ask why you don't want to be on top?
Another question - why do you think that 69ing lying on your sides would be boring? There's nothing boring about mutual oral sex - and it certainly isn't made boring by lying on one's side.
The only other position I can think of, that isn't some kind of combo of one of you on top or both lying on your sides, is standing. That one requires that the guy be strong enough to hold the woman upside-down (her legs wrapped round his neck) whilst receiving oral and burying his face between her legs. Not one I have ever attempted.

Personally I've never really cared for 69 and still don't. I like to be focused on what I am doing and into that or focused on what I'm feeling and into that. I really can't do both effectively.

I don't want to be on top because I am uncomforable with my butt being in his face. I know that probably sounds ridiculous. It's just my own problem. I'm insecure when it comes to sex for the simple fact that I've had it only a handful of times. I don't want to look a certain way or do something wrong. It is probably easiest with you on top - that way he can't accidentally choke you if he gets too enthusiastic. Don't worry about "your butt in his face", the angle doesn't quite work like that. You will be perfectly positioned to tell just how much he is enjoying it <g>
(all this from on time experience, my wife hates doing any oral, sadly I love it).

It's kind of difficult to have him perform oral sex on you and for you to be in a position to perform oral sex on him at the same time without having your butt in his face. I understand the paranoia but try to relax about it. It's next to your vagina, I'm sure you have good personal hygiene, it's not a big deal.
