Thread: Life, who's your friend and isn't:)

Do you know the one about the little bird who leaves it too late to fly South for the winter? He takes off but his wings ice up and he falls to the ground frozen stiff. But help is at hand: he lands in a field of cows and one of them lumbers up and without knowing the bird is there, does a plop right on top of him. Well, the warmth of the manure unfreezes the bird and he starts to thaw out. Soon he's cheeping away although he's still buried deep in the muck. what happens next? A sly old fox hears the bird and comes along and scrapes away at the cow pat until the bird emerges. Then he eats him.
The moral? Not everyone who (edited) on you is your enemy and not everyone who digs you out of the (edited)is your friend!
