If he's skinny, I'm automatically turned off him. I for some reason imagine him naked and don't like the idea of a skinny man. I like a man who looks big and broad like a man. But not fat. So I think that means I like medium size in terms of weight.
Also love broad shoulders! But not in a muscular way.
As for looks, I have no specifics. If I'm attracted to someone physically, and their personality is great. Then they are a winner.

Tall, over 6 foot
Actually thicker than the normal body type women drool over, I kinda like the beer belly look for some reason =P
Strong Jaw
Facial hair
Not necessarily "pretty" eyes, but eyes that look like they're alert/sharp.
Personality:
I love light-hearted people that have been through life and back, if you know what I mean.
A great sense of humor.
A bit of nerdyness.
Cultured
And morally grounded
