This has always interested me. The fact that people are so different

So my question to all you ladies (and a few of you gents) what do you find attractive? what turns you on? and what qualities really grab your attention about the men/women you're attracted to?

Physical type:

Dark, dark hair - either brown or black.

Green or blue eyes.

Taller than me - I'm 5ft 8in.

Thick but not chubby necessarily. Just something to hold onto.

A little muscle but not ripped, no six pack, not into that.

Defined hip bone, mmm.

And to top it off - the ultimate sexy feature - 5 O'clock shadow.

Personality type:

Funny... That is an absolute must.

Sweet, kind, caring, loving. I think those run together.

Intelligent.

Loves children, wants children.

Family oriented.

Similiar interests but also things we can learn from each other.

Honest.

Dependable.

Stable - financially, emotionally, mentally.

and so on.

What do I find attractive? hm..

Physical:

-It's weird because I always thought that I would like a taller guy over a shorter guy but so far in my life I've only dated one guy that was taller than me. haha. so shorter/same height as me.

-no preference for hair/eye color

-muscular but not HUGE! I like a guy with a flat tummy but not a rock hard one =P

Personality:

-sense of humor big time! I want them to be able to laugh and to make others laugh as well. =)

-speaking of laughing ... I love when a guy has a contagious laugh. you know, the kind that makes everyone around the person start laughing too.

-NO LIES! EVER!

-nice, sweet, caring

- doesn't think he's God's gift to the world

-a good listener who also shares his feeling when needed (hard to come by. lol)

A tall guy with dark hair but not jet black.

Some muscle definition but not too much doesnt haveto be a gym addict at all.

A cheeky smile that keeps you wondering what they are really thinking.

Stunning eyes.

Have to be able to laugh and joke about life, the good and the bad things.

Have to love me for who I am as a person and listen to me when I need them to be there for me.

Strong legs (need I say more)

Not afraid to say how they feel.

Strong work ethics and wanting a family to provide for.

Basically im describing my fiance lol he's soo attractive to me

Confident without arrogance, open, friendly, selective in friendships, attentive without being clingy. Good hygiene is a must, hair (if he has any) clean and neat, teeth well cared for (I'm a big fan of flossing), reasonable eating habits, in good shape without being obsessive about it.
Able to carry on a good conversation which shows some thought and understanding without being a borish know-it-all. Listens. Sense of humor, some subtlety.
Sense of values without being a puritan prig. Sensual, sexual, experienced lover - at my age I'm not interested in breaking in any virgins, I want a mature male who knows what he wants and knows his way around a woman's body but is still open to trying something new.

Prefer my height or taller. While I have green eyes and reddish tinged brown hair I've always liked dark eyes and hair, I grew up with alot of it. But I'm not hard core about it, the man I care for presently has (what's left of it) red hair and blue eyes and I find him intensly attractive.

lol i have to say i just have a thing for bad boys and that bad boy look. Tattoo's and piercing really really turn me on!! In the past this used to be a big problem when it came down to men's personalities. The guys i have dated in the past are just total idiots and dont respect women but i am happy to say that i have found a guy who has the biggest heart and cares about me so much and im really attracted to him! Another thing that i find important is music...i prefer my men to be able to play an instrument just because music is my life!

Physical:
Taller, which is easy because I am only 5'1 haha

Tattoos are very very sexy to me, as long as they are not all over his body like he was some messed up art project

He has to be built to the point of being able to feel secure his his arms. Nothing like a crazy gym advocate though.

Personality:
Humor is a big turn on. If he can get a giggle out of me because of his stories then he is a winner.

Witty, because a sharp tongue always keep people on their feet.

LITERACY. If he cannot spell or has very poor syntax he can take a hike (major pet peeve of mine).

Intelligence.

Sophisticated

Likes animals
