me too worse luck, if i know something is wrong i feel compelled to do something about it, i am going to have an argument with some people next week, i dont want to - but i feel compelled to stand up for this other person. i even have difficulty lying to make myself look better, i usually try and avoid the issue and then blurt out the truth. ARRRGGGGHHH!!

Arguing is rarely productive. Can you find another way to make your point? Maybe make a joke of it?

Good deal. I'm trying to find a postitive way to deal with an "older" tenant who is dumping shredded paper trash and giant spit wads in the lobby and on the stairs. I should have proof positive it's her this week. I may just smilingly evict her.

Just keeping it positive I'm sick of it and so are all the tenants. We know who it is because it stopped when she went on vacation and started again the day after she returned.
