Thinking I have a problem with Candidas overgrowth. Had this years ago and it feel familiar. Going to re-research it, as I recall it means no sugar and nothing the body turns into sugar - mainly carbs, alcohol or any yeast based foods. No fun, especially with the holidays coming up but a change in diet sure beats living with the symptoms. Particularly the fatigue!
