The tube tying/cutting. I often hear in the vasectomy vs tube tying debate (who should get 'fixed' if they don't want anymore children) that the latter is very painful and can cause complications. I never read up on it to verify it, but it just came to mind when you and Lana were talking about tubes.
When I had it, I stood up and walked, and rode home 4 hours after the surgery.
