I definitely will not. I'm pitching fits over the whole idea. It's not what I want to do. I'm not saying it's not an admirable profession... Someone has to do it. It's just not what I see as "helping people." I know that sounds horrible and I sound like a snob but that's just how I feel.

If you don't have a feel for it, it may not be the way to go. My stylist - when I can afford him and that's not often - charges about $200 for a cut and color and is worth it. He does have a remarkable abiltity to find what will enhance what you have.

I love hair and makeup. I'm a total girly girl. It's just not my first choice. That doesn't mean I wouldn't enjoy it. I definitely would and it will help me get by for a while. I just want to REALLY help people. Drug addicts, rape survivors, people who have lost a loved one. All of that. That's my ideal job. Basically, I want to help people like me.

I'm thinking about going back HOME home.
Do not dwell in the past,
do not dream of the future,
concentrate the mind on the present moment.

I'm thinking about my poor guy in bed at home with a really bad migraine. He's been getting so many of them lately. This one woke him up at 1 in the morning, and when I woke up again for work at 6, he was still awake and still had the headache. He was out of medication, so he had to take a ton of Excedrin, which is loaded with caffeine and he couldn't get back to sleep. Poor thing. I hate not being able to do anything about it when he gets those. There's literally nothing I can do to help him except to keep the lights off and rub his neck a little. But I'm at work so I can't do that.

I hate seeing him in that pain. I've only gotten maybe 1 or 2 of those in my life, and it was miserable. He gets them almost weekly (although there will be a few months break in between. They come in waves). I can't imagine how big of a pain that is.

    I've got to be direct
    If I'm off please correct
    You're standing on my neck....

Ugh, Glitter, I feel his pain. It sucks!

I'm thinking it's too early for my brain to grasp project flow charts.

Doing good, the Broncos are 6 in O, it's cooling off a bit after 80s the other day and I don't feel sickish anymore - good old probiotics!
