That reminds me. I like to bag my own stuff at the grocery store, and I hate it when the person that's been standing behind me the whole time and knows I'm a paying customer then squeezes up to the crash register before I get a chance to pay.

But now my store has a few of those self checkout machines, so that pet peeve is now a thing of the past.

YES, that's a pain. You can barely get yourself situated before someone's taking up your space and pushing you out the door.

Haha I love those self checkout things. I remember one time my boyfriend and I went grocery shopping, got a bunch of stuff and used one of those. Halfway through ringing our stuff we saw the sign that said "10 items or less only" when we had at least 30. Oops!

How about the people that purchase a mountain of stuff, stand there and watch the cashier and bagger work, and only when the cashier scanned the last item will the customer finally bother to go looking for their freakin checkbook!

I wanna say 'Dude!! During the time you were so greedily watching your minions toil over your stuff, ya coulda gotten out your stupid checkbook and filled out everything but the amount!'

Guess grocery shopping tends to tick me off.

Oh, grocery shopping is like Christmas shopping at a mall... I have ZERO patience for it. The place where we do our shopping now isn't so bad but there are other places where everyone's in such a rush but won't get out of the way! But that's Massachusetts for ya

Haha, I hate when people do what you said too. When I shop, I don't mosey around taking my time. I know what I'm getting, get it and go! If someone's taking up all my time like that, I don't like them. I always have my card ready when I'm paying so that I don't do that. Although I'm an early card slider, which some people don't like.

    Do you guys have Winco?

That's a grocery store where you HAVE to bag your own stuff. You think having someone bag your stuff is a pain? Try waiting for someone else to bag their millions of items before you can bag your own. That's annoying! It's bad even when it's you because the person behind you is getting impatient.

Never heard of Winco, but that would be amazing if we had any out here. I'm pretty sure we don't though

I know though. I do hate that too because you waste so much time waiting for someone to do their JOB by bagging your stuff, only to end up doing it yourself. I'd almost rather do it myself though. All the baggers around here do that thing where they only put like 2 things in each bag. Adam and I just end up condensing everything when we get to the car, which is also a pain.

Oh and when people leave their carts in parking spaces or behind cars when there's a cart return 5 feet away.

[QUOTE=WildChild;126209] KM feed the cat a little at a time, several times a day? [QUOTE]

Wish I could.. but with work/clubs/classes/etc.. the cats are lucky if I see them for 2 hours straight. So I just leave a big bowl out.

They dont yack often, but when one of them does - it is ALWAYS on the rug... erg... it has never once NOT been. maybe I should nix the rug? lol

Oh I just thought of another one...

People who take their infant children house to house trick or treating! The kids are dressed up and passed out in their strollers and the moms are looking at you with their candy bags out!

Really, is your 3 month old going to eat that Snickers bar or lollypop? Hmmmm...
