I don't really do guilt as it arises from something that's already passed and I can no longer control even if I wanted to.That being said one of my extreme pleasures is just getting away for a day or two someplace where only my hubby knows how to get in contact with me IF ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. Usually it's a spa someplace out of the area and just pamper myself with pedicures/manicures/massage/aromatherapy/acupuncture, etc.
