No debate.. But your not wrong either... it happens, it's noted and it's stated so many times it's not funny....

Where there is little control or understanding that a child "will" say, I want, I want, I want, and a parent will lose it.

It's very sad, more eductation should be taught somewhere, school? I don't know because the majority of people bring their kids up the way they were bought up they know no better.

And, those whom were un-happy give more "leaveway" and end up in just as much trouble for doing so..

    It's difficult, very...

    And, a good point....

I said I get annoyed by kids but personally I must say I don't hate them. Hate's a strong word. I can relate to someone saying they hate Hitler lol but kids? They did'nt do anything.I mean we all used to be children before. I'm a kid at heart and several years ago I used to babysit for my friend's 5 month old daughter. Before I took the job I thought it was going to be not so fun,but the first day I looked out for her baby I started missing her after the first day. Sometimes I wonder how they're doing.Holding a little baby in my arms and watching her giggle, making sure she's okay, changing her diaper, feeding her, putting on a cartoon movie and just watching her cute expressions...I don't know how to describe it but it's a special feeling. That maternal feeling of having some real purpose in life.

Anyways you have every right to feel hate but personally I don't think children deserve that, but that's you and nobody should criticize. People should'nt call you a freak for it though I agree. The desire to show maternal caring should'nt be a forced value,I feel it's something you discover naturally cos deep down we all have that loving maternal instinct anyways.

It's a weird feeling for me. Like I've already said, I don't plan on having children, ever. But I don't hate them by any means. I actually get along with them really well (maybe because I'm still a kid at heart )... I'm not around them very often, which could have something to do with it... but once they're around me for a bit, I can't get them off my leg, haha. I don't even know what I do to make them like me.

Regarding the subject of hitting kids; I'll never understand that either. I mean, I get that a whiny kid can grate on your last nerve (if I'm in a public place with a screaming child, it drives me crazy). Thing is, if I see or imagine a kid getting slapped when they're so little and defenseless... and picture that face when it happens, oh my god, it's heartbreaking. I could never handle having my own, no. I love my niece like she's mine though. And I think CW said something about a certain kid changing how you feel, and I think that's true. I liked kids a lot less before my brother and his girlfriend had her... I still don't want my own, but when I first met her, I just fell in love.

I HAVE met one kid who made me want to dive off a building head first onto a thumbtack though. Ugh.

    I've got to be direct
    If I'm off please correct
    You're standing on my neck....
