    Night Time:

    1. Start falling asleep on sofa
    2. Agree to OHs suggestion of going to bed
    3. Go for a wee
    4. Take clothes off
    5. Brush my knashers
    6. Clamber into bed
    7. Become hyper and begin to pinch OHs nipples and grab his bum hair
    8. Get restrained by OH into a very tight cuddle
    9. Ged to hot and beg to be released
    10. Open window and throw some of my cover off
    11. Get too cold and close window. Also put covers back over myself
    12. Talk to OH for a little while
    13. Nod off

    In the morning:

    1. Hear alarm and wait for OH to press snooze
    2. Hear alarm and wait for OH to press snooze
    3. Kick/Elbow OH for snoring
    4. Kick/Elbow OH harder
    5. Shout at OH for snoring and push him onto his side
    6. Hear alarm and wait for OH to press snooze
    7. Hear alarm and wait for OH to get up and leave me alone
    8. Pretend I cant hear OHs pleas for me to get out of bed
    9. Verbally abuse OH for trying to get me up
    10. Fuss my cat
    11. Eventually pry myself out of bed
    12. Go to the toilet
    13. Get dressed
    14. Brush knashers
    15. Do hair
    16. Leave out for work

My routine is ... I have no routine ... which is probably why my life is always on the edge of chaos. Sleep for me is not always an option, borderline insomniac ... I could probably sleep if I wanted to but I'm like a kid kicking and screaming not wanting to go to bed.

I always have to get in my pj's though when the night is coming to a close, get my teeth brushed and sometimes i wash my face... not always depends on if i wore make up or not , if not i save it for the morning.

When I wake up, i won't do much but grunt until I've had my coffee and even then I like an hour to be left alone where I just read emails, etc while I drink my coffee in some peace.

After that I get my work out in - then work - then sometimes food at some point . The longer my day goes on the better I feel and then I am in top form right before bed which is why I hate going to bed.
Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.

I often step outside before I get ready for bed and look at the moon and stars. I have a dear freind who will call me and tell me which planets are visible.

I wish I could sleep without any cloths, I do occasionally but my fiance has a roommate living with us at the moment. My sleeping ritual varies. Sometimes I'll wash my face with my Acne scrub, sometimes I won't, brush my teeth and such, make sure my doors are locked and lights are ALL off as well as check the alarm clock before laying down. There are times where I need music or a thunderstorm midi to sleep because my fiance is can snore quite loud. My morning: I get up, use the little girls room, go change into day cloths, make myself something to eat and just continue my bad.
