My Formal Resignation from Stupid

Dear Mr/Mrs. Boss,

I am writing to formally notify you that I am resigning from my position as Administrative Assistant with Stupidity Company. My last day of employment will be October 27, 2009 as per the responsibilities under the terms of my employment contract. I will no longer be accepting assignments of Stupidity, memos of Stupidity, phone calls from Stupidity and or emails from Stupidity.

I appreciate the opportunities I have been given at Stupidity and your professional guidance and support. I wish you and the company success in the future.
