LOL. Haven't looked at fat free butter - can only imagine how strange that must be. There is that olestra stuff that is supposed to replace fat or something but apparently has some pretty icky effects, like giving people the runs. I don't understand why people will eat all kinds of junk trying to avoid the results of the earlier junk they ate. Why not just eat a healthier diet and get off their couches? Instead they eat all this weird expensive stuff, buy pills, drink nasty stuff...Makes no sense.

oh yuck, that doesnt sound too good, i do all that healthy stuff, however i love butter. but i guess thats not really butter then. i thought it sounded too good to be true!
I love butter and figure if I'm going to indulge its better to do it for real - just limit how much. One trick is to blend butter and a light olive oil to make your own "spread" or for cooking. A little experimenting and you will find the ratio that suits your taste. Then you are getting the butter flavor and some good omega 3s.

i love butter too, i especially like the fact it only has 3 ingrediants and none of them are chemicals or numbers!
Oh yea, I figure if I can't pronouce it or don't have it as an ingredient I would use in home cooking, I really shouldn't eat it. I mean you read lables and it will say "like homemade" and then the ingredients are all this stuff No One has in the pantry.
