I'm gonna make an Italian salad now ,with sprouts, mushrooms and tofu.
I might make some lentil soup and chop some onions in it...and of course gotta have some veggie burgers,but this time I'm gonna use some BBQ sauce in it.Toast the burger buns,and of course sautee the onions and tomatoes. Good thing I've got some pickle chips. I still have a box of Raspberry Danish Twist and think I might save that for dessert.

Okay - I have two recipes that have been given to me for broccoli cheddar. I'm not one for creamy soups, so I haven't tried them, but I'll post them.Please do. LOL...I don't measure anything either....just toss it in....you won't find any masurements or portion sizes in any of the recipes I post.
If you have one for broccoli cheddar soup, i'm down as well!
I'll post my chicken noodle soup one too and I copied you and took pictures too. I made a HUGE pot of it yesterday and there was nothing left over. But I did feed 9 people I think, most of which went back 3 or 4 times.
